Reservations: Reservations accepted for a 2 night minimum. Balance must be paid by cash or credit card.
Personal Checks cannot be accepted as a payment for a reservation. For a monthly stay one week is required up front and the balance is due upon arrival.
Check-in: 3:00PM.
Check-out time: 1:00PM
Early arrival / Late Departure: $2 per hour.
*Good Sam and AAA discounts are not given on holiday or special event weekends. PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
45 days prior to reservation start date: Full refund less a $10.00 processing fee (per site).
44 - 15 days prior to reservation start date: Rain check only
Less than 15 days: No Refund / No Rain check
Seasonal and Annual rents are not refunded after start of season.
Terms of use for Rain checks:
*Equal to value of the original payment, not the length of stay
*Re-booking is subject to availability
*May only be used once
*Non-transferable
*Good for a 12 month period
*Excludes holidays, holiday weekends and special events Visitors: Visitor Fee $7/day. A visitor is anyone who was not with you at the time of registration. Please inform your guests that this fee is required for entry. All visitors must register upon arrival, obtain a visitor's pass, and depart by 10:45PM. Please advise your visitors to leave their pets at home. Campers are responsible for their visitors and guests. ALL Rates and Packages are subject to availability
